Ubiquitous AI Corporation (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yuta Oyoshi; hereinafter "Ubiquitous AI") is pleased to announce that it has joined the Quantum Forum as a corporate member. The Quantum Forum is an organization dedicated to supporting the sound development of quantum technologies through the exchange of information on the latest research and development achievements and technology trends, the promotion of industry-academia-government collaboration and talent exchange, and the discussion and formulation of R&D promotion strategies.

This initiative forms part of the Company's medium-to-long-term research and development strategy and its efforts to create future business opportunities in the field of next-generation security technologies, including post-quantum cryptography.

In recent years, advances in quantum technologies are expected to have a significant impact on the existing technological foundations and business models of a broad range of industries, including information security, manufacturing, and social infrastructure. In particular, the need to address Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) in preparation for the practical realization of quantum computers has emerged as a key management challenge in building the security foundations of companies — encompassing both IT (information systems) and OT (operational technology / control systems).
